  1. Add ghee and salt in white flour then mix it well.
  2. With help of normal hot water make a tough hard dough.
  3. Till 15-20 mins keep dough aside for rest.
  4. Preparation of stuffing : make pieces of boiled potato with help of your hand.
  5. Then take pan and heat 1tbsp oil then add green chillies, ginger, green peas and mix it.
  6. Then add potato, salt, green chillies, green coriander leaves, garam masala, dry mango powder, Raisins and Cashewnuts then mix it well.
  7. Stuffing is ready.
  8. Make 7-8 equal sized balls for dough.
  9. Make 4-5 cm radius of circle of ball.
  10. The circled dough should be thick, then square it.
  11. For half of the squared chapatti cut it like a strips.
  12. And for other half fill the stuffing and roll it.
  13. Make it circle shape with help of food Glue (white flower, water).
  14. Then fry samosa till it gets golden brown (gas flame should be medium).
  15. Winter special hot hot flower samosa is ready to serve in these cold climate.
