Steps to make Aloo veggie samosa:

  1. Firstly, in a large mixing bowl take 2 cup maida. you can alternatively take wheat flour.add ¼ tsp ajwain, ½ tsp salt and mix well.add ¼ cup oil, crumble & mix the flour & add water and start to knead to tight dough.grease the dough with oil, cover and rest for 20 minutes..
  2. After 20 mints knead the Dough slightly.pinch a ball sized dough and grease with oil.roll the dough into oval shape.now cut it horizontally, diving into 2 equal portions using a knife. Then cut into long strip and place one by one then fold that in to a cone and fill the stuffing in to this and grease little water on the edges.now close and seal tightly by pressing firmly, heat the oil in a pan and deep-fry the samosa on a low flame..
  3. Firstly, in a large kadai take 2 tsp oil and saute 1 tsp cumin.Also, add ginger and 1 chilli. Now add all vegetables.½ tsp chilli powder, ½ tsp coriander powder, ¼ tsp cumin powder, ½ tsp aamchur, ½ tsp garam masala,and ¾ tsp salt.further, add 4 boiled and mashed potato. i have pressure cooked potato for 5 whistles.mash and mix well until the spices are well combined..
  4. Samosa is ready u can serve it with tomato sauce..
